    so i told a guy i like him and he told me he likes me back,and we talk about it and how we like each other,is that a relationship?

      Not yet. Talking about other stuff and doing things together (going for a walk, to a movie, lunch, homework, going to a game, or being in a school activity together ) helps make a relationship.


      How to ask him out would be to ask if he'd like to meet at the library to do homework or go to a movie you want to see. Pay your own ways.I

          get him to actually ask you out, bc it's not a relationship until you say it is :) So, if he doesn't have the guts to ask you out, you ask him out, maybe he's just shy...? But omeone has to say it, for it to actually be official :)
