There are two ways you can register your Kindle Fire, online using your computer or directly from the device (connected via Wi-Fi).

How to register the Kindle Fire online:

1. Head over to Manage Your Kindle webpage.


2. Select ‘Manage Your Devices’.


3. You’ll need to enter the 16-digit serial number of your Kindle Fire. (Don’t know your serial number? Instructions at the end of this post.)


4. Now click the ‘Register’ button to complete the process.

How to register directly from the Kindle Fire:

1. Make sure your Kindle Fire is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi. Tap the ‘Quick Settings’ icon.


2. Select the ‘More’ icon.


3. Select ‘My Account’.


4. Hit the ‘Register’ button and enter your Amazon email address and password. If you don’t have an Amazon account you can create one from the device or from your computer.


5. Hit the ‘Register’ button to complete the process.

How to find your Kinde Fire serial number:

1. Select the ‘Quick Settings’ icon.
