Which browser do you use? Each browser has their own way of storing favorites.

I use Google Chrome, I had no problems when I use Internet Explorer
On Google Chrome, you just click the white star at the end of the url address bar. (The one that shows the page's web address when you are on the page). Yo access you favorites, click the 3 horizontal lines at the far right of the browser bar and look for "Bookmarks".
