Drink water with fresh lemon juice in it.  All day or at least once a night. This makes beautiful skin. All the products that claim to do sucn and such are made of the same things, remember that. Use a good (non-greasy) moisterizer at night on a clean face.

Use a cleanser and then a moisturizer. Use a mask once a week as well. Any brand will do. Don't spend a lot of money on these products. They all contain the same ingredients and the expensive ones are charging you for the package and the marketing.

Always use mosturizer daily even under makeup - or without makeup. See what Ducky has said - there are so many creams and potions out there - I have them - never get round to using them all - as Ducky says some are very expensive and especially certain Brands. I knew a Doctor whose wife used E45 cream - a treatment given to patients for skin problems i.e. dry and it is being advertised now on the television - also for body.
