    Students at the Fourah Bay College in Freetown Sierra Leone, say they want to learn English - Standard English! However, they want their teaher to teach them standard English, using Patois!     So, what is their idea of standard English? Africa English? If so, tell them that other English speakers can understand British English easier than African English. The accent is too think with African English in my opinion. I live in the USA.
