    i cant scan

    I can copy and print but I can not scan - this pop up msg comes up:


    The function you have requested cannot be performed because another program already has control of the device. If the program currently using the device, save any unsaved work, close the program, and try again.


    Any thoughts???

      If you are connected to the computer while trying to scan, reboot the computer to cancel whatever is stopping you from scanning.
