What are you using the clear coat on?

Ok clear coat can mean either clear coat varnish if this is what you are talking about if you have put a undercoat on you must follow instructions on the tin and put your top coat (clear coat) now if we are talking about nail vanish again above applies

In these uncertain times it is often unclear which course of action would be the safest.

Clearly more research is required in order to establish a clear path to follow.

Why don't you sleep on it,wake up with a clear head & maybe the answer will be clearer.
