You just go into the bank or insurance company or whatever, and tell them to take your wife's name off the account, b/c she is deceased. Take a copy of her death certicate,b/c they might want to see it. Or call the various companies. If they want the death certificate, they'll tell you. Then, mail them a copy. I've been through it.
