      Go to your control panel, hardware and sound, see devices and printers, click it. Left click on the printer you use to check mark it, then right click on the printer and select "set as defaut printer". If it still shows off line, right click on it again and select, troubleshoot.

        Open Start>Control Panel>Printers and Faxes, right click your printer and uncheck the "Use Printer Offline" item. Make sure your printer is connected to your computer with your network as well. TQ.
