    Sorry to tell you this but that account probably does not exist anymore. If you do not use an e-mail account for 2 months or longer, it auto-deletes as an inactive account. You will have to create a new e-mail address. Once you create the new e-mail address, go ahead and create a new Skype account that is linked to the new e-mail address. You will have to invite your children as new contacts on the new Skype account.
