I don't know how old you are. If you're a teen or older buy her something she'd like. There is not a woman alive who doesn't love good lotion.  If you're young, draw her a picture. You could try drawing her a picture of all the things you'd like to buy -- for instance: a car, a new house, a ball gown, a crown, a hat, a new coat, new shoes with high high heels, gloves, a robe, a cake, A NEW COFFEE POT, a box of candy. Your mom would like a gift of your art no matter what your age. My daughter didn't have much money when she was in college so she made a book for me a drew all the places we could go and have fun.  I don't remember what I got last birthday but I do remember that  very special book.
