what is the name of a cartoon character that has a small head big long nose and is wearing round oversized glasses that reflect immages of other cartoons driving cars?
he also has stringy bangs and there is three lines in his forehead. he also has razor lips and is half smiling and you can see his two front teeth. There is also what looks like black paint dripping around the characters in his glasses and around himself .some of the characters in his glasses are a clown,someone picking his nose, a ladey with a smoke in her moulth .if someone has someway of me to send this picture to them ,please let me know.
