Contact iTunes support. They can help you > http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

Is it the interface with a cable pointing to iTunes? If yes, your iPhone is stuck in recovery mode. To exit iPhone recovery mode, you have  more than one method, but the best and easiest one is trying the free and safe iPhone, iPad, iPod reboot tool - ReiBoot.  No need of iTunes and you also don't need to hold "Home" or "Lock" button of your iPhone.
