I have been unable to find instructions on the internet. I can not even find the company that makes these bassinets. There are many others looking for instructions also and they are not getting any answers. This company's products are sold through Amazon.com. Perhaps Amazon can get you the contact information for the company, the only problem is you must have an Amazon account to contact them. That's all I can think of to possibly get a copy of the instructions
