Do you remember where you were, and what you were doing when JFK was murdered

I remember it well, I was 16 years old, and was visiting my sister to have a evening meal. It came on TV  as a newsflash about 6pm just as I arrived there, my sister was crying her little boy who was only 2 years old couldn't understand why his mum was upset. There was a programe on TV last week about he day Kennedy Died, it was very sad and bought it all back. He was very popular and well respected the world over.

I was prowling around in the basement of a very spooky old house. It was so silent down there and then all of a sudden every radio and TV in the vicinity blasted out the news flash. I was a little unclear about what was happening but later ... I found out.

I was in school, must have been middle school, as I was 13.

I don’t remember actually hearing the news but I remember crying and crying, off to myself on the side of the house, crying and crying. I was very young…...

I was home for lunch from school! It was a horrible day!  The ceremonies were heartwretching. Watching the riderless horse and watching the tiny boy salute his daddys procession.   That family had so mush sorrow! Peace to all now please!
