Our nightly news reported that it is the town that I live in - Fresno, CA. They showed the homeless camps and the people. It is a terrible, deplorable, unthinkable situation. The homeless freeze in the cold and boil in the heat. They're hungry. They hurt.
In Tampa it's $13 a day to keep people in a shelter and $109 a day to house them in a jail Good article, ROMOS. I guess there are many reports of where there is the most homelesness.
It happens all over the world S, even in my town there are numerous homeless people. The governments excuse is that there is no affordable housing, yet they don't build enough houses, but there are many problems that the homeless have to put up with.
