Do frozen vegetables have all (or most of the vitamins and nutrients) that fresh vegetables have?

I have a new TV-advertised juice maker that supposidly cures ALL ills. It looks good but I worry about pesticides.  The device is called a NutriBullet.

Buy organic veggies. No pesticides. Or buy regular veggies and wash them well. Make your own cleaner that will remove the pesticides.

    Produce Wash 2
    - 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    - 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
    - 1 cup water
    - New spray bottle

Spray produce. Let sit 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly to wash away residue.

Frozen veggies are flash frozen, because of this process the claim is they retain all their nutrients. But if they are precooked, they have lost some of their vitamins and minerals unless they were steam cooked then flash frozen.

PS, my friend has the baby bullet to make baby food for her daughter. She (my friend loves it) and her daughter loves the baby food she makes with it better than the baby food off the shelf.

I would prefer to buy organic if they're not too expensive. I used to love vegetables but I no longer care for them. That's the reason for the Bullet.

Yes. If you cannot buy fresh (preferably from a farmer's market), then frozen is your next best alternative.

P.S. Good health does not rely on the latest "gadget".

My husband actually bought the Nutri Bullet. We had a similar item years ago. We mixed orange carrots with green brocolli and the color of the drink was disgusting. I don't believe I even got to the tasting part. I'm going to give it a really good try this time. I'm tired of throwing out our vegetables.
You can't make a salad with frozen vegetables. : )

I bought a "juicer" once and found the recommended combinations very unappealing. I now use an inversion blender on occasion, with my own concoctions.

My stomach digests meat just fine. I believe we were designed to eat a mix of meats, veggies, fruits and grains.
