A leader is the one others follow, in actions and words. Sometimes (s)he is the captain of the team. Sometime (s)he is the toughest kid on the street, the biggest kid, the smartest kid, the best looking kid.
A leader is someone with charisma....natural charm, one whom others want to emulate or gain his/her approval.
