You just contacted us. We are not hotmail support however. You need to contact Outlook (they own hotmail now) or check their help page. We are akaQA, a general question and answer forum with volunteer members. Judging by a lot of your questions, you seem to think the ask a question box is an open box to communicate with any website on the internet. It is not. It leads you to us.
