    Did you try unplugging it and plugging it in again like I suggested? Please reply here. Do not open another question to answer or to ask a question that is virtually the same as this one. You have not explained yet why you do not have control of your printer. You have given very little information for us to work with.

      Unplug it from it's power source for about 15 minutes, then plug it in again.
