      In the case of a trapped nerve I believe surgery would be required and since osteopaths are not physicians, they can not preform invasive surgeries. This is not to say it is completely out of the question that the trapped nerve can be released. Realigning posture through exercise may help depending on how badly the nerve is trapped.
