      Are you trying to download it to a phone? Make sure the app is compatible with your phone. Use this download page http://www.bing.com/translator/phone/

        thanks Colleen, no, on my laptop, done everything and its gone to store where it says downloading app ,but it doesn't, just sticks for ever....Bill.

        Do you have Windows 8? It seems the app is only for that operating system.
