      You can contact Corporate Services and ask them if they are licensed for Minnesota. You can ask them to fax you proof that they are licensed.

        Whatever you do, never pay a company up-front a fee to sell your timeshare, scams abound in this sector. Try to sell it privately on Ebay for instance, but timeshares are almost worthless so don't get too optimistic.
