One of our members used something that I wrote as part of his/her own profile for a while. It was nice to see it there, and the member also acknowledged where the words had originated.

Yes, the acknowledgement is important. My words just got taken. My name was on then. I'm NOT happy about it.

what part of the internet ? I've seen my comments I've left after reading an article .......like on Huff Post or Aol. And I see my quotes on here.

That is a place where you write for human consumption. It's way different.
I do that on Huff Post too and it's fun! They decorate your comments. Cool.
