    3. I use talkTalk for emails. I can no longer get on their email website. After contacting them at some length they told me that they were able to access this site from India and that the fault was almost certainly on my computer. I ran a scan and 3 threats were reportedly removed by AVG-free. Still no joy. I had recently tried to download from several sites a progranne te convert PDF to Word. Don`t know if this has affected my computer. Has anyone any ideas? Thank you

      Do a system restore on your computer to a time before you tried to do all the downloads. This should remove any complications the downloads may have caused.

        Use a different internet service for emails, such as Aol or Yahoo, or Chrome, or Fire Fox, or Internet Explorer
