    3. I have ceramic tile laid over 1/4" concrete tile board. This over l/2" and 3/8" thick plywood sub floor. I This room is over a basement with access to the joist underneath. I have tried the no squeak remedy advertised to solve the problem. It did not work. How do I fix the problem.

      Advertised where? You might want to go back there and ask for help from whoever has the no squeak method.
