Do you take your own advice?
I have a friend who often gives me (unsolicited) advice about what I need to do about this, that, and the other thing. It would be more offensive if I wasn't equally busy telling HER what she needs to do (also unsolicited). We've pretty much told each other to do basically the same thing with a similar problem, but neither of us is following our own good advice, much less the advice so generously offered.
SO, do you "practice what you preach"? If you can give an illustration, go for it!
