In IE, click on the favorites menu near the top left of the screen. After the menu pops up, click on add to favorites at the top of the menu. A add to favorites window pops up. Edit the name & location if you want to finish. In Chrome, just click the star on the right side of the address bar and an edit window pops up. Edit the name if you want and click done to finish.
