was told by wwwhealthcare.com my email box is not montored that why i'm not getting to read my emial from them

How would they know of your e-mail is monitored or not? They are just a webpage (and one that I can not find). Which e-mail provider do you use? Have you logged into your e-mail to check? How did they tell you this? Did they send you an e-mail? If they did, how were you able to read the e-mail?
