It depends on the converter you want to uninstall. It could be a program or an add on. What is the name of the converter?

Sorry - I didn't see your answer. It is Conduit 1.7.0.2 whatever that means. But it is for Windows and I don't have that system.
Then that is what you would look for in your programs. Something called conduit. Safari uses the term plug ins rather than add ons. See here for how to disable or remove plug ins http://macs.about.com/od/usingyourmac/qt/safariplugin.htm
