I puchased my first Railworks (bristol to Exeter) and have made other purchases since. I was not aware that Steam was automaticly downloaded and i am being charged for this. There is no mention of the amount to be charged in the terms and Conditions. Can I run my programmes without Steam?
I think £24:99 per calender month is far more than the cost of buying a game, occasionally during the year
