        Too bad it's not as easy as your computer...shut it off and re-start! :)

        Could be buildup of ice in the channel which delivers the cold air to the refrigerator section from freezer.  Shut off unit, put food in cooler, take a hairdryer and heat along the bottom of freezer section.  Plug back in and see what happens.  Good luck.
