Vaginal bleeding is often menstrual in nature. Pain when urinating could be caused from a urinary tract infection. Perhaps you have a kidney stone. The possibilities are endless.
If I were you, I'd be headed toward the doctor's office or emergency room of the nearest hospital.

I had a UTI one time and the pain was so dreadful I saw black in front of my eyes and had to lean against a wall so I wouldn't fall over. It was very easy to diagnose and medicate. I was fine in a couple of hours.
