Old friends you may be able to locate through a mutual friend or a school directory. Facebook has helped me get in touch with friends with whom I'd lost contact.
NEW friends you can find by getting involved in your community by volunteering or joining a group that enjoys an activity YOU enjoy (I bowl in leagues, for example; my sister has become a master gardener).
Remember, the best way to MAKE a friend is to BE a friend.
