do not drink alcohol it will not be a sound sleep it makes u wake up off and on and makes u pee and drink alot u need to go to doc bad u can get delirious i am serious i have insomnia i got sick my doc prescribed me a sleep aid helped some but i have to make myself take a nap during the day i only sleep about 3 hours a nite on the sleep aid that is better than nothing. if u cant get to doc buy some unisom at drugstore not with diphenhydramine in it but unisom with DOXYLAMINE SUCCINATE 25MG they come in two forms get the last 1 i said it will help do not drive until u get sleep u can kill somebody ur body is worn out

I get to that point and a) take motion sickness meds or b)have a drink. Both know me out cold.
