No Dennis it's to keep the grass dry, so that they can eat it later. Now some people will say thats a load of tosh, but I can say, I may be from the country but I'm not daft yer know. Or as my mate Cedric says ( he works on the local farm) I can't read or write, but I can drive a tractor.
