    Only qualified DOT approved doctors can give the DOT physical. You can check your phone book for an approved doctor in your area or check with the company you drive for to see if they have a list or contact the DMV to see if they have a list.

        Yes they do. Your employer will request that you take a physical if you have your CDL driver's license.
