1 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 c. green pepper strips
Chow mein noodles
Brown chicken wings in hot oil. Sprinkle with salt. Add undrained pineapple and soy sauce; cover and cook 25 minutes over low heat. Mix cornstarch with water. Stir into pineapple mixture and cook until thickened. Add tomatoes and green peppers. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles
