They are not in prison....yet. Like everywhere else in the free world, there has to be a proper investigation, evidence, lawyers and a trial. Probably the saddest part of this whole (likely) corrupt situation (innocent until proven guilty) is that Mike Duffy, a political reporter, was one of the most trusted individuals on Canadian television....thought by everyone to be a person of impeccably high standards. :(

He is just the tipsy tip of that iceburg lemme say...further down the page they start outing them..inclusive of the illustrious Pamela Walin...however THE three are mentioned near the bottom of said article...scheister #1,#2, and #3. Canadian politics just used to be street fighting back in the days of Mackenzie and et al hoodlums...seriously...if the 'boys' had an issue they would slog brews at either end of York Street and then go slip sliding in the mud and horse cookies, meet in the middle ground, have a great good row of it, and then stagger off to find somewhere dry to sober up...early Canada was a hoot! ...and that's your lesson in Canadienne politics pretty much in a nutshell!! (Move over Bullwinkle) lol
