      Come over to Scotland, never seen a fruit fly in my life Busti.


      They do say cleaning all the areas that they lay there eggs in ( drains etc) with bleach helps a lot.

        my bff had a lot of fruit flies in her kitchen, so i gave her one of those sticky, twisty , strips of fly paper that you hang from the ceiling. So she put it over her sink, and it got rid of all the fruit flies.

          Fruit Flies love disposals. Grind up lemon pieces to clear it out. The oil in the lemon is good for the blades. It will make the disposal smell nicer and will deter the pest………….
