Since no one here can see what you are doing, which video you are trying to save, what program you are using or what the message is that you get when trying to download the video, then it is near impossible to answer your question.
What website is the video on?
What program are you using for the video?
Is the website telling you that you have to have a Google account to save the video?
Does the video have a download button?
Id the video copyright protected making it impossible to save to your computer?
