Focus on the outside AND the inside. 

Outside:

- Taking care of your skin is essential. Wash it twice a day and always remove makeup before bed. Moisturize it (with sunscreen!) daily, as well. Keep it out of the sun or protected. 

- Be kind to your hair. It will be healthier if you leave it natural and don't dye it. Ask your hairdresser to give you suggestions of cuts that are good for your face. 

- Dress well! Doesn't have to be expensive, just make sure you have lots of classic pieces (cardigans, a nice white blouse, black jeans, ballet flats, etc.) and keep it simple. Buy clothes that fit you nicely and get rid of anything that might be outdated or worn out. Wear something you feel confident in - it will show. 

- Eat healthy and exercise. This will show in your complexion and your physique. 

Inside

- Do things that make you happy

- Be intelligent

- Smile!

- Serve others
