    Legal Advice on Autopsies

    I am presently writing a novel and there is a scenario in one of my chapters whereby a worker (Canadian) employed by a multi-national company has died on foreign soil (Switzerland). I need to know if an autopsy has to be performed in that country of his death, by law, or is it possible that he can be flown home for that purpose. Thank you in advance
