According to the official government site for Medicare, Viagra may be covered under its Prescription Drug Plan Part D, which states that people experiencing financial hardship or those who earn less than $21,600 a year can apply for a Hardship Exception in order to get Viagra and other pharmaceuticals made by Pfizer for free. However, the applicant must first be approved.
