    what portions of organic white sugar do you use in substituting it for refined white sugar in making chow pickles.

      As far as I can find there is no difference in the portions you use, the sweetness is proportionally the same as ordinary white granulated sugar.

        I buy them, too much work making the bloody things, my Grandmothers were tasty though but sadly no more.
