        Wear black, suck it in, get spanx, EXERCISE, paint your nails an alarming color,  think thin, don't have even one piece of candy when Halloween comes ... You'll just eat more. Ask someone you trust what looks good on you. 


        Accent your positive, eliminate the negative

            Work out. Muscle outweighs fat. You can eat more the more muscle mass you produce……..

              One can lose inches, and thus appear thinner, via toning exercise. It's possible (s)he might actually gain a few pounds as muscle mass increases. Toning exercises do not involve heavy lifting.
