Go to the vet. While some drugs can be used on critters and humans, the dosages can vary greatly. And some common OTC human drugs can kill a pet or cause permanent damage, even in small dosages.

You can also "Google" "EYE DROPS FOR DOGS" and find a number of web sites with good information and products available for purchase online (I'm betting a local pet store will have what you need, though).
