      I just went into my programs in my computer and deleted them, you can also go into your downloads and delete them from there through program manager, I think?

        if u are on xp [I dunno about 7 but it should be simalar ] go 2 system tools then find system restore pretty simple 2 use just try 2 remember when u stuffed up then go back another week or so then it should be fixed good luck
