Check your timer settings, it happened to me a while ago, drove me nuts, but it was simple to fix after I discovered what I'd done.

HOW DO I CHECK THESE SETTINGS IF I CAN'T GET THE TV TO STAY ON?
Go into the menu when it's on, took me a while but I got there in the end.
