Update: http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57605406/nypd-seeking-motorcyclists-from-videoed-road-rage-run-ins/ It appears that the s.u.v. driver is innocent.
Not in this case, apparently. The guy who was arrested bashed the driver's window with his helmet. What precipitated that, apparently wasn't captured on video.
Hmmm? Looked to me that he knocked a few guys off their bikes, you shouldn't antagonise bikers, not a good idea.
